Great Florida Beach Resorts
Florida for many represents the perfect place to visit. An oceanfront paradise right within the continental United States, and for many, a holiday to Florida can’t be beat. Even when staying at some of the nicest resorts in the area, a holiday to Florida can be much more affordable than a stay at a resort elsewhere due to the drastically reduced travel costs for most visitors coming to the area. Also, the ease presented by not having to arrange for international travel makes a vacation at a Florida resort the holiday of choice for thousands of Americans every year.
Miami is the location of the most famous and popular of Florida beach resorts for those who are coming to the state for the beaches and not Disney World. Although Orlando draws more than its share of tourists, many of them are tied up in the theme park tourist industry and stay in hotels ran by the parks. For pure beach enjoyment, rest, and relaxation though, it is hard to beat Miami. Here are two excellent resort and hotel choices.
The Bentley Beach Hotel Miami: The name Bentley instantly conjures up a predetermined image of wealth, luxury, and class, and that is exactly what you get from this hotel. Located in South Beach, this hotel is elegantly appointed and close to the greatest beaches in the city. There is a restaurant in the hotel, and several bars for clientele to enjoy. The recreational facilities within the hotel are almost as good as the beach itself and include a fitness center, a swimming pool that features a hot tub and sauna facility, and some excellent facilities for conferences and meetings for those who choose to combine business and pleasure.
Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort Miami: If the name Bentley brings to mind a certain class, then the name Trump certainly brings to mind images of power. And for those who are rich and powerful or simply want to treat themselves to a holiday that will allow them to feel like that, then it is hard to beat a Trump resort. There are beaches and the most popular tourist attractions in the city such as the zoo and aquarium all within a short distance of the hotel. The resort has fantastic ocean views. There are restaurants and bars onsite which feature live entertainment and excellent American and Caribbean food. The resort’s spa is also rated amongst the best in the city, so those who enjoy spa treatments and massages should make a priority out of a visit to Aquanox Spa.

I would love to get a tan on miami. I’ve only seen their beaches in photographs, and i think it would be more stunning seeing it for real.

Bentley Beach hotel is my pick. An imaginative design which fits in well with the SoBe look, beautifully appointed rooms (with a sea view if you afford it), great service, and a superb location right on the beach.

In Europe I’ll recommend Croatia cost for enjoying summer. Clean sea, great food and drinks (wine) and great roads. Recommended.

When I went to Florida, we went to Orlando, I’m not so into the tourist stuff and all, so it wasn’t my favorite place to visit. Next time I go though, I want to see some of the places near the ocean and such. Like Naples and Miami so it’s nice to know of some good places to stay in the area.

Miami is an unbelievable city, not just for the beaches, but for the culture as well. Going there for Christmas and I couldn’t be more excited!
